Easy Player Panel

Privacy

Last updated: 18 October 2026

This policy covers the Easy Player apps for Samsung Tizen TVs, LG webOS TVs, iPhone, Android phones, Android TV and Google TV, and this website. Easy Player plays playlists that you supply yourself. It has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

TV app and panel

The TV app works with our license server, which binds the subscription to the TV and delivers your playlist to it. For this we process:

iPhone and Android apps

The iPhone app and the Android app (phones, Android TV and Google TV) do not connect to our servers and send us nothing. What they keep stays on your device:

Removing the playlist in Settings deletes it; deleting the app deletes everything. The Android app keeps this data out of Google's device backups. The subscription is handled by Apple through the App Store, or by Google through Google Play. The app checks it on the device, with the purchase record the App Store or Google Play keeps there. We never see your payment details; Apple's privacy policy or Google's privacy policy applies.

What we do not process

What you watch, which channel you open and where you stopped stay on your device, on the TV and on the phone alike; they are never sent to us. We do not ask for a name, an e-mail address or an account.

Your playlist provider

All the apps connect directly to the playlist provider you use, to download the list, play streams and load programme information, and to the logo and poster addresses your provider lists. These servers see what any player would show them (your IP address and what you open). Their privacy practices are their own.

Website

This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. It remembers your language choice in your browser, and the panel keeps you signed in only until you close the tab. Its traffic is carried and protected by Cloudflare.

Sharing

Data is processed only to provide the service. It is not passed to third parties other than the payment provider of the website subscription, Samsung for subscriptions bought with Samsung Checkout (the TV's device code as the purchase reference, and the TV's country), and the providers that host and carry the service. It is never sold or used for advertising.

Retention and deletion

The TV's device record and playlist details are kept for a reasonable period after the license expires so that it can be reactivated. You can ask for deletion at the support address; the request is verified with the device code and key. Data kept by the iPhone and Android apps is deleted when you remove the playlist or the app.

Children

Easy Player is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
