The service

Easy Player is a media player application for Samsung Tizen TVs, LG webOS TVs, iPhone, Android phones, Android TV and Google TV. The Samsung and LG TV app works together with the license service and the panel on this website; the iPhone and Android apps work on their own. The apps only open the playlist address supplied by the user. Easy Player does not provide, host, broker or recommend any broadcast, channel, movie or series.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the legality of the playlist you use and its content, and for holding the necessary rights and permissions. Use with unlawful content may lead to termination of the license without notice.

TV subscription

• Every TV receives a free trial of 3 days when the app first contacts the license service, once per TV and without a payment method. Days left on the trial when you subscribe are not lost: the paid period is added after them.
• A subscription is bound to a single TV (device code) and renews automatically every month until you cancel. On LG TVs it is bought in the panel on this website; on Samsung TVs it is bought in the app through Samsung Checkout. The rules for each are below.
• Subscriptions are not transferable. If you change your TV, contact support for assistance.
• Activation codes add a fixed period to one TV when entered in the panel. Each code can be used once and is bound to that TV afterwards; it does not renew automatically. A code bought from a reseller is paid to that reseller, under the reseller's terms.

Website subscription

• A subscription bought in the panel on this website (the way LG TVs subscribe) is billed monthly and renews automatically at the end of each 30-day period at the price shown in the panel, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the panel. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. A cancelled subscription can be resumed from the panel before that date.
• When an expired subscription is started again, the new period begins on the payment date.

Website payments and refunds

Payments are collected through the payment provider, which stores your payment method for renewals; card details never reach us. As the subscription is a digital service that activates at the moment of payment, no refund is made for a period that has started. Details and the exceptions are in the refund policy.

Samsung Checkout subscription

• On Samsung TVs the subscription is bought in the Easy Player app through Samsung Checkout and billed by Samsung to your Samsung account. The price, and a free trial when one is offered, are shown on the TV before you subscribe. Samsung's own terms also apply to the payment.
• It renews automatically every month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the app under Settings › License. Samsung stops renewing it; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
• The license follows Samsung's records: our license service checks the subscription for the TV's device code with Samsung and keeps the TV active while the subscription is paid.
• Refunds of Samsung Checkout payments are made only through Samsung, under Samsung's rules. Cancelling does not refund the current period, and nothing is refunded automatically. Details are in the refund policy.

iPhone subscription

• The iPhone app is offered as an auto-renewable monthly subscription purchased through the App Store. The price, and a free trial when one is offered, are shown in the app before you subscribe.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically every month unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current period. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its own policies at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue them.
• The subscription belongs to your Apple Account and can be restored with "Restore purchases" on any iPhone signed in with it. It is separate from the TV subscription: neither covers the other.

Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iPhone app.

Android subscription

• The Android app (phones, Android TV and Google TV) is offered as an auto-renewable monthly subscription purchased through Google Play. The price, and a free trial when one is offered, are shown in the app before you subscribe.
• Payment is charged to the payment method on your Google account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current period.
• Refunds for Google Play purchases follow Google Play's refund policies.
• The subscription belongs to your Google account and covers every Android device signed in with it. It is separate from the Samsung and LG TV subscription and from the iPhone subscription: none covers another.

The Google Play Terms of Service also apply to the Android app.

Availability

We work to keep the service running without interruption; no liability is accepted for short outages caused by maintenance or failures. When the TV app cannot reach the license server, it keeps working for 72 hours after the last successful check. The iPhone and Android apps do not depend on our servers; their subscriptions are verified on the device through Apple and Google.

Kullandığınız listenin ve içindeki içeriğin yasal olması, gerekli hak ve izinlere sahip olmanız sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Yasal olmayan içerikle kullanım halinde lisans bildirim yapılmaksızın sonlandırılabilir.

Televizyon aboneliği

• Uygulama lisans hizmetine ilk bağlandığında her televizyona bir kez, ödeme yöntemi istenmeden 3 günlük ücretsiz deneme verilir. Abone olduğunuzda denemeden kalan günler kaybolmaz; ödenen dönem onların ardından eklenir.
• Abonelik tek bir televizyona (cihaz kodu) bağlıdır ve siz iptal edene kadar her ay otomatik yenilenir. LG televizyonlarda bu sitedeki panelden, Samsung televizyonlarda uygulamada Samsung Checkout ile alınır. Her birinin kuralları aşağıdadır.
• Abonelik devredilemez. Televizyon değişikliğinde destek adresinden yardım alınabilir.
• Aktivasyon kodu, panelde girildiğinde bir televizyona belirli bir süre ekler. Her kod bir kez kullanılır ve sonrasında o televizyona bağlıdır; otomatik yenilenmez. Bayiden alınan kodun ödemesi bayiye, bayinin koşullarıyla yapılır.

Web sitesinden abonelik

• Bu sitedeki panelden alınan abonelik (LG televizyonlar bu yolla abone olur) aylık ücretlendirilir ve siz iptal edene kadar her 30 günlük dönemin sonunda panelde gösterilen fiyattan otomatik yenilenir.
• İstediğiniz zaman panelden iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, sonraki ücretleri durdurur; erişim ödenmiş dönemin sonuna kadar sürer. İptal edilen abonelik o tarihten önce panelden sürdürülebilir.
• Süresi dolmuş abonelik yeniden başlatıldığında yeni dönem ödeme tarihinden başlar.

Web sitesi ödemeleri ve iade

Ödemeler ödeme sağlayıcısı aracılığıyla alınır; sağlayıcı yenilemeler için ödeme yönteminizi saklar, kart bilgileri bize ulaşmaz. Abonelik dijital bir hizmet olduğundan ve ödeme anında etkinleştiğinden, başlamış dönem için iade yapılmaz. Ayrıntılar ve istisnalar iade politikasında.

Samsung Checkout aboneliği

• Samsung televizyonlarda abonelik Easy Player uygulamasında Samsung Checkout ile satın alınır; ücreti Samsung, Samsung hesabınızdan tahsil eder. Fiyat ve sunuluyorsa ücretsiz deneme, abone olmadan önce televizyonda gösterilir. Ödeme için Samsung'un kendi koşulları da geçerlidir.
• İptal edilene kadar her ay otomatik yenilenir. İstediğiniz zaman uygulamada Ayarlar › Lisans altından iptal edebilirsiniz. Samsung aboneliği yenilemeyi durdurur; erişim ödenmiş dönemin sonuna kadar sürer.
• Lisans Samsung'un kayıtlarını izler: lisans hizmetimiz televizyonun cihaz koduna ait aboneliği Samsung'dan doğrular ve abonelik ödendiği sürece televizyonu etkin tutar.

iPhone aboneliği

• Ücret, satın almayı onayladığınızda ya da ücretsiz deneme bittiğinde Apple Hesabınızdan alınır. Abonelik, geçerli dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe her ay otomatik yenilenir; yenileme ücreti dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır.
• Aboneliği iPhone Ayarlar › adınız › Abonelikler'den yönetebilir ya da iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal sonraki yenilemeleri durdurur; erişim geçerli dönemin sonuna kadar sürer. Abonelik satın aldığınızda ücretsiz denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı sona erer.
• App Store satın alımlarının iadesi Apple tarafından kendi koşullarına göre reportaproblem.apple.com adresinden yapılır; iade bizim tarafımızdan yapılamaz.
• Abonelik Apple Hesabınıza bağlıdır; o hesapla oturum açılmış her iPhone'da "Satın alımları geri yükle" ile geri yüklenir. Televizyon aboneliğinden ayrıdır; biri diğerini kapsamaz.

iPhone uygulaması için Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir.

Android aboneliği

• Android uygulaması (telefon, Android TV ve Google TV), Google Play üzerinden satın alınan, otomatik yenilenen aylık bir abonelikle sunulur. Fiyat ve sunuluyorsa ücretsiz deneme, abone olmadan önce uygulamada gösterilir.
• Ücret, satın almayı onayladığınızda ya da ücretsiz deneme bittiğinde Google hesabınızdaki ödeme yönteminden alınır. Abonelik siz iptal edene kadar her ay otomatik yenilenir.
• Aboneliği Google Play › Ödemeler ve abonelikler › Abonelikler'den yönetebilir ya da iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal sonraki yenilemeleri durdurur; erişim geçerli dönemin sonuna kadar sürer.
• Google Play satın alımlarının iadesi Google Play'in iade politikalarına göre yapılır.
• Abonelik Google hesabınıza bağlıdır ve o hesapla oturum açılmış her Android cihazı kapsar. Samsung ve LG televizyon aboneliğinden ve iPhone aboneliğinden ayrıdır; biri diğerini kapsamaz.

Android uygulaması için Google Play Hizmet Şartları da geçerlidir.

Hizmetin sürekliliği

Hizmeti kesintisiz sunmak için çaba gösterilir; bakım ya da arıza kaynaklı kısa kesintiler için sorumluluk kabul edilmez. Televizyon uygulaması, lisans sunucusuna ulaşamadığında son doğrulamadan sonraki 72 saat boyunca çalışmayı sürdürür. iPhone ve Android uygulamaları sunucularımıza bağlı değildir; abonelikleri cihazda Apple ve Google üzerinden doğrulanır.
