Easy Player Panel

Refund and cancellation policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

This policy applies to the Easy Player TV subscription bought on this website, which is how LG TVs subscribe. Payments are processed by our payment provider; card details never reach us. On Samsung TVs the subscription is bought in the app through Samsung Checkout and follows Samsung's rules, described below.

Try before you pay

Every TV gets a free trial of 3 days when the app is first opened, without a payment method. During the trial you can add your own playlist and check that the app works with your TV and your playlist before you pay anything. Please use the trial for this; it is the reason we do not offer refunds after payment.

How the subscription works

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the panel with "Cancel subscription". No further payments are taken after cancellation, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can resume a cancelled subscription from the panel before that date.

Refunds

Exceptions

We review refund requests only in these cases:

Write to support with your device code and the receipt within 14 days of the charge. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Samsung TVs

On Samsung TVs the subscription is bought in the Easy Player app through Samsung Checkout and billed by Samsung to your Samsung account. For these purchases Samsung's rules apply:

iPhone and Android apps

The iPhone app is billed by Apple through the App Store. Its refunds are handled only by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue them.

The Android app is billed by Google through Google Play. Request a refund through Google Play under Google Play's refund policies.
